Submitting   Application

Applicants should login Online Application

and submit the required documents according to the program they are applying for.


Qualification   Verification

On receiving the application, the college  will issue Letter of Admission to the qualified applicants, and then mail the Letter of Admission, Visa application form for Study in China (JW202) etc. together by registered Letter in July.


Visa   Application

Admitted applicants should take the Letter of Admission Visa application form   for Study in China (JW202) to the Chinese Embassy or Consulate in their   country to apply for Student (X1 or X2) visa.



Admitted applicants should register at Hainan University   within the registration period mentioned in the Letter of Admission. Exception   can be made to students who have informed the College of their special   reasons and have been granted permission for delay.
